Events Instructions

If you organise club events, please ask Matt Lewis-Garner to give you event editting privileges.

Once you are logged in, you will then see a Manage Events link at the bottom of the menu. From here you can create new events, and edit your events.

To create a new event, simply click on Add an event from the Manage Events screen. Give your event a subject/title and assign it to the appropriate event category.

You can leave the access as public so that everyone can see it.

Enter all of the details of the event and then switch to the Calendar tab. On this tab, specify the date (or date range) of the event. If the event starts at a particular time, you can give it here, otherwise tick the All day Event or Unspecified time box. If you don't want to specify an end time, just tick the No specific end time box.

If this event repeats, you can also set up the repeat details so that you don't have to enter the details for every specific event.

Then just click on the Save button.
