NHS Test and Trace
Following on from the government’s recent announcements on covid 19, there is now a legal obligation on clubs and centres to collate contact data from all individuals or the lead individual for a group of up to six who visit FOSSC.
The obligation to collect contact details applies to both indoor and outdoor settings and in relation to both sporting and social activities.
From 24 September the Club will display the NHS Test and Trace QR code to aid this process. The QR code can be found displayed in both the inside of the club’s main entrance and in the Wet Bar area.
All visits must be recorded in one of three ways:
- By scanning the QR code with the covid-19 app on your smart phone,
- By completing an entry in the sign in sheet located inside the main entrance to the club,
- By signing on for a race
Guests must comply with Test and Trace regulations and either use the QR code or sign in sheet in the main entrance. Members using the Club’s facilities outside of times of formal scheduled events are required to register their attendance using the NHS QR Code or sign in sheet.
Rule of 6.
The rule of 6 must always be observed in the Club grounds and Club House.
